Cost Estimation Lead
The primary goal of this position is to manage and oversee the accurate estimation, cost control, and financial management of construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Understand commercial terms and conditions from the sales team/or contract.
* Assist in preparing Bills of Quantities for Civils operations.
* Create commercial and contractual awareness amongst project teams as per T&C.
Requirements:
* Third Level Degree or equivalent in education and experience.
* Minimum 5 years experience.
* Work with multiple projects/sites experience.
