Optimize Operational Efficiency
This role focuses on enhancing the operational efficiency of our global tech organization and internal tools, ensuring teams collaborate seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the product lifecycle from concept to implementation and iteration.
* Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and cross-functional leaders to understand internal challenges and develop scalable solutions.
* Influence decision-making without direct authority, aligning diverse stakeholders behind a shared vision for operational improvements.
* Work closely with senior leadership to ensure alignment, visibility, and buy-in for key initiatives.
* Utilize data to inform prioritization and track the impact of work over time.
Requirements:
* 3+ years of technical product management experience in a fast-paced environment.
* 5+ years total technical experience in engineering, internal platforms, developer tools, infrastructure, or similar domains.
* Experience designing or improving internal tools or systems used across large organizations.
* A strategic mindset with strong problem-solving skills and ability to simplify complex processes.
* Comfortable navigating ambiguity and defining structure where it does not yet exist.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills—able to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across multiple disciplines.
* Experience working with data to support decision-making (e.g. dashboards, KPIs, basic SQL, or working with analysts).
Relocation support is provided for this position in Bangkok, Thailand.
