Assistant Food & Beverage ManagerWest Cork (Accommodation available if required)Salary: €35,000An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated hospitality professional to join a leading 4* coastal hospitality venue in West Cork. This is a fast-paced, high-volume Pub & Bistro operation requiring a strong hands‑on leader to support the Pub & Bistro Manager in delivering exceptional guest experiencesThe successful candidate will lead and motivate a team of 30+ front‑of‑house staff, ensuring consistently high service standards across all food & beverage operations. On a day‑to‑day basis, they will be actively present on the floor, overseeing service delivery, managing rotas and staffing levels, supporting training and development, handling guest feedback, and ensuring compliance with all health & safety and operational standards. They will also assist with stock control and work closely with the wider management team to ensure smooth and efficient service at all times.The ideal candidate will have experience in a 4* or 5* hotel or high‑volume food & beverage environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or assistant management role.
