Job Summary:

The Healthcare Team Lead oversees the delivery of high-quality care services, managing a team of healthcare professionals and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

This role involves

* Conducting regular team meetings to discuss ongoing projects, provide feedback, and set goals
* Collaborating with the Care Manager to develop and implement effective care plans
* Monitoring staff performance, providing coaching and support as needed, and conducting performance evaluations
* Maintaining open communication with the team, stakeholders, and customers
* Evaluating and improving team processes and procedures to ensure efficient service delivery


Responsibilities:

Key responsibilities include:

* Team Leadership: Supervising and guiding a team of healthcare assistants, care coordinators, and other staff members
* Care Delivery: Overseeing the delivery of high-quality care services to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
* Staff Management: Hiring, training, developing, and evaluating staff members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively
* Quality Assurance: Conducting quality checks and audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards
* Customer Service: Building strong relationships with customers, responding to their concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner


Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* A recognized qualification in healthcare or a related field (e.g., Diploma in Health Care)
* Experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably in a supervisory or management capacity
* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Basic computer skills and proficiency in software applications relevant to healthcare (e.g., electronic health records, scheduling systems)

* Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines
* Strong time management and organizational skills
* Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
