About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Site Engineer to join a reputable main contractor on a School Project based in Ennis Co. Clare. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in delivering a high-profile development, working with a professional team on a long-term project.
Key Responsibilities:
* Setting out and site surveying using modern instruments
* Overseeing construction works and ensuring quality, safety, and progress on site
* Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and the project management team
* Maintaining site records, including daily reports and quality checks
* Ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with design specifications and health & safety standards
* Reporting to the Project Manager and providing technical support as required
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline
* Minimum of 2-4 years’ experience as a Site Engineer on commercial or education builds
* Proficient in setting out using GPS, Total Station, and AutoCAD
* Strong knowledge of building regulations and site safety protocols
* Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
