the development and deployment of advanced machine learning
(ML)
and AI solutions that

meaningful client outcomes

work within Azure or Databricks environments to deliver scalable analytics platforms and data-driven strategies that support digital transformation initiatives.

Role & Responsibilities:
* Strategically
l
ead end-to-end delivery of complex
AI
projects across multiple business units
ensuring alignment with business goals and technical standards
.
* Drive strategic AI initiatives and contribute to the development of enterprise-wide AI capabilities.
* Collaborate with senior stakeholders to
identify
high-impact opportunities for AI-driven transformation.
* Nurture, develop and guide in
shaping a high-performing team focused on advancing AI capabilities
.
* Oversee
and support
project portfolios, manage budgets, and ensure
timely
delivery of AI solutions.
* Represent the AI function in leadership forums and contribute to thought leadership through publications, presentations, or external engagements.

identifying
AI opportunities and contributing to

proposals and pitches.
* Establish and promote best practices for data science workflows, reproducibility, and collaboration.
Background and Experience / Skills:
* 6
* years of experience in AI, machine learning, or data science roles, preferably in consulting or enterprise environments.
* A solid understanding of Machine Learning (ML) workflows including ingesting,
analysing
, transforming
data
and evaluating results to make meaningful predictions.
* Proven
track record
of delivering AI solutions using
Azure ML
,
Databricks
, and
**MLOps
pipelines**
.
* Proficient in working with Azure services. Other cloud platforms like AWS
also
preferred.
* Strong programming skills in
Python
,
SQL,
and familiarity with ML frameworks like
TensorFlow
,
PyTorch
, and
Scikit-learn
.
* Experience in any aspects of the data analytics lifecycle, for example: Data Strategy, ETL, Data Analysis
and visualization
* Familiarity with
**AutoML
platforms**
(e.g., Azure
AutoML
) and
feature engineering tools
.
* Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership capabilities.
* A deep understanding of and ability to teach concepts, tools, features, functions, and benefits of different approaches to apply them.

* Master's degree (PhD preferred)
in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field, with a strong focus on applied machine learning, automation, or intelligent systems.
