Role Summary
This is a client-facing Account Executive position focused on social media marketing and customer success. The role combines relationship management, project coordination, and strategic support to help clients achieve their marketing goals through the company's product.
Key Responsibilities
* Client relationship management: Primary contact for assigned accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention
* Marketing strategy support: Helping clients develop and execute social media customer marketing campaigns

Required Qualifications
* Experience: 2+ years in client management/similar role
* Technical skills: Understanding of complex software systems and social media advertising (particularly Meta Ads Manager)
* Soft skills: Project management abilities, positive attitude, enthusiasm, collaborative mindset
* Communication: Ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences
