Financial Support Associate
We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven Financial Support Associate to join our team. This role involves providing financial support to a US-based business, handling day-to-day bookkeeping, monthly close activities, and light operational tasks.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable juggling accounting and administrative tasks in a remote environment. They will have experience working as an Accountant with US clients, proficiency in Xero and spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel), proven AR/AP skills, and knowledge of Hub Spot CRM.
Responsibilities:
1. Maintain accurate records using Xero
lI Requirements: At least 2 years of experience working as an Accountant _with robust practical training on all mentioned tools -having expertise on the softwares capable of following instructions under pressure - has ability tp comunicate effectively through multiple channels .
