As a Project Manager, you will drive and accelerate the activation of global investigative sites. Your key responsibilities include coordinating, implementing, and completing site activation or maintenance activities for assigned projects to ensure high-quality output and exceed client expectations.
You will interact with internal teams, stakeholders, clients, and sites to achieve successful study delivery. This includes reviewing project budgets, driving studies to meet key performance indicators, and resolving study issues.
In this role, you will also participate in business development opportunities to support portfolio growth and represent the organization at audits and inspections. Travel (approximately 10%) may be required for domestic and/or international assignments.
To succeed in this position, you will need a Bachelor's Degree and 3-6 years of experience in a Clinical Research environment, focusing on Start Up experience. Your project management skill set should include an understanding of regulatory processes in multiple countries. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to work under tight deadlines.
