Job Title: Director of Hospitality Operations
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our restaurant team, ensuring exceptional guest service and maintaining seamless communication between front-of-house and back-of-house. Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager in a high-volume, quality-driven hotel or restaurant setting is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategies to improve service standards and increase customer satisfaction.
* Manage staff rosters, stock levels, budgets, and costs in accordance with company targets.
* Provide ongoing training and development to team members, fostering a high-performance culture.
* Lead the team with a focus on guest experience, service excellence, and teamwork.
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager in a high-volume, quality-driven hotel or restaurant setting.
* Strong leadership and organisational skills with a focus on team development.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
* Proven experience managing stock, budgets, and operational costs.
