About the Role
This role is ideal for someone who brings structure, clarity, and energy to software delivery while enabling teams to operate efficiently in an agile environment.
* Mentor and support engineers, promoting continuous improvement and accountability.
* Manage agile ceremonies and ensure project progress is accurately reflected in Jira.
* Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Use data-driven insights to monitor performance, identify risks, and support decision-making.
Skills and Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience, including at least 2 years as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
* Certified Scrum Master or equivalent qualification.
* Strong understanding of Agile principles, frameworks, and software delivery practices.
* Proficiency in Jira and Confluence; experience with CI/CD, DevOps, or infrastructure-as-code is an advantage.
* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
* Degree in a STEM discipline (advanced degree preferred).
* Desirable: Experience with software teams working on Big Data or cloud-based projects. Familiarity with Linux/UNIX and ITIL principles.
