What You'll Be Doing
* Lead and coordinate daily laboratory operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with ISO17025 standards.
* Apply your technical expertise to support sample testing, data recording, and reporting.
* Develop and refine protocols for water testing, aligning with industry best practices.
* Drive continuous improvement through innovative process enhancements.
* Maintain accurate records and ensure equipment is calibrated and functioning optimally.
* Supervise and mentor a skilled team, fostering growth and collaboration.
* Participate in audits and safety walkthroughs, contributing to a culture of compliance and excellence.
* Collaborate across departments to share insights and support broader initiatives.
* Play a key role in preparing for and participating in external audits.
* Take ownership of inventory management and laboratory housekeeping.
* Engage in ongoing development of SOPs and laboratory functions.

What You'll Need

* Strong IT skills, including proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and OneDrive.
