The Opportunity: We are looking for an enthusiastic & proactive individual with the ability to work on their own initiative and apply a flexible approach to working hours to effectively project manage; from initial requirements to certification of completion, all builds of bus shelters, advertising plant and digital instillations. The Role: Project Manage end to end builds of bus shelters, advertising plant and digital installations of the Bauer Media Outdoor portfolio Co-ordinate Shelter demand with NTA, Civil Contractors and County Councils Manage Section 254/Planning Applications and provide AutoCAD drawings for mapping maps Surveying sites pre and post works; Certify re-instatements (T2/T5) and Certify Build Completions Forecast all stock requirements and work closely with Store manager on planning requirements Co-ordinate build crews and sub-contractors for building requirements Ensure effective project progress reporting process to senior stakeholders in place Ensure all requirements of company quality and compliance protocols and procedures implemented Manage Development Administrator role Essential Criteria: Experience of similar type end to end project management - builds /construction / civil engineering / certifying builds Ability to work independently under own initiative and prioritize and plan work appropriately to meet deadlines Excellent communications skills and ability to work effectively with external business partners and clients Experience of working as part of an operational team and make a positive contribution to the wider business Experience of people management including managing of build crews/sub-contractors Experience of planning application processes / use of AutoCAD Clean full driving license (company car provided) and eligibility to work in Ireland with a good geographical knowledge Skills: Project Management Construction Management Planning Applications Certifying Build Completions People Management Planning and Forecasting Benefits: Company Vehicle Laptop Mobile Phone Pension Fund Performance Bonus Group Life Assurance
