Lead Solar Sales Team
We are seeking an experienced sales leader to head our solar sales team. This key role involves building and expanding a high-performing team of sales professionals, recruiting and mentoring new talent, and developing effective strategies to drive growth across residential and commercial markets.
Key responsibilities include:
* Bolstering, guiding, and scaling a successful regional sales team
* Identifying, onboarding, and coaching talented sales representatives
* Designing and executing territory plans and sales strategies
* Maintaining team performance and providing regular feedback
The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of sales experience, with a proven track record in fast-paced sales environments, as well as leadership or team lead experience. They should be able to inspire and motivate a high-performing sales team, foster accountability, and drive results. A data-driven approach and ability to utilize CRM systems and sales analytics is also essential.
