Reperio has partnered with a company who are looking for a visionary Principal C# .NET Developer to spearhead the creation of a brand-new, high-impact development team. This leadership role offers the chance to define technical strategy, shape architecture, and drive innovation on critical projects - all from the comfort of your home.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead the end-to-end design, development, and delivery of complex software solutions using C# and .NET technologies
2. Define and drive architectural standards, patterns, and best practices across the development lifecycle
3. Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and other architects to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
4. Mentor and coach senior developers, fostering technical excellence and continuous learning
5. Oversee code quality, testing strategies, and deployment pipelines to ensure robust, secure, and maintainable applications
6. Evaluate and recommend new tools, technologies, and processes to improve team productivity and software quality
7. Lead technical risk assessments, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure timely resolution of architectural challenges
Requirements:
8. Minimum 10 years of professional development experience with strong expertise in C# or Java
9. At least 10 years of experience in software architecture design and leadership roles
10. Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or similar), microservices architecture, and RESTful APIs
11. Proven ability to design scalable, high-performance distributed systems
12. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams and stakeholders
13. Passion for mentoring, team building, and fostering a culture of technical excellence
