As a Relief Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering training and development programs to learners in accordance with local training specifications.
Job Requirements:
* Deliver systematic instruction to learners in various modules leading to QQI Level certification 3-5.
* Facilitate the growth of knowledge, skills, and confidence necessary for progression outcomes among participants.
* Meet performance indicators related to learner placement, progression, and achievement of certification targets.
* Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to ensure program allocations are properly managed.
