Job Summary:
Due to continued expansion, Eldron Property Consultants are currently seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Buyer's Agent to represent and guide clients through the process of purchasing residential or commercial property in Ireland. You will act solely in the interests of the buyer, providing expert advice, market analysis, property sourcing, negotiation, and transaction support.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Consultation: Understand clients' needs, goals, and financial position to
develop tailored property acquisition strategies.
Property Search & Evaluation: Source on- and off-market properties, assess
suitability, conduct viewings, and provide objective feedback.
Market Research: Conduct comparative market analysis (CMA) and provide
insights on local property trends, prices, and investment potential.
Negotiation: Negotiate purchase price and contract terms on behalf of the buyer to
achieve the best possible outcome.
Coordination: Liaise with estate agents, solicitors, surveyors, mortgage advisors, and
other third parties to ensure a smooth buying process.
Post-Sale Support: Offer guidance on post-purchase issues such as refurbishment,
letting, or resale options.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Experience: Minimum 2 years in residential or commercial real estate, preferably in
buyer representation.
Education: Degree or diploma in property, real estate, business, or related field
desirable.
Licensing: PSRA Licence or working towards same.
Strong knowledge of the Irish property market and relevant legislation.
Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients/projects simultaneously.
Tech-savvy – comfortable with CRM systems, property portals, ),
and digital communications.
Desirable Attributes:
Membership of IPAV, SCSI or similar professional body.
Familiarity with relocation services or international buyers.
Knowledge of local planning, zoning, and BER assessments.
A network of contacts in the legal, surveying, and construction sectors.
