Role Summary
This role is responsible for managing a portfolio of existing clients and executing a constantly evolving pipeline to quote and secure new clients within a dynamic team setting. The successful candidate will work closely with the Regional Director to manage new and existing commercial accounts.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage client insurance requirements, including inviting, securing, and documenting renewal as well as mid-year alterations and claims handling in line with agreed protocols and procedures.
* Support and guide Account Executives on clients, ensuring they meet their targets and provide excellent customer service.
* Secure new business opportunities through seeking, quoting, and converting quotations for new commercial insurance business.
* Meet income retention, income acquisition, and referral targets set by management.

* Excellent negotiation skills, understanding of price and risk negotiation, and technical product knowledge.
* Good IT skills, proficiency in Office applications, and ability to develop relationships with insurers and clients.
Requirements
* Demonstrate 5 years of commercial experience in SMEs, with a minimum of CIP qualification and studying towards ACII.
* Compliance with the Central Bank's Minimum Competency Code and Fitness & Probity.
* Able to prioritize workloads, adapt to unforeseen events, and demonstrate a strong work ethic.
