In this position, you will coordinate software delivery efforts between trust and safety professionals protecting AWS cloud from abuse, and software development teams building supporting tools and automation. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership and program management skills to prioritize initiatives, oversee the creation of a roadmap, and ensure predictable delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams of trust & safety, security, and software development professionals to design and implement automation solutions and tools.
- Work closely with internal customers to validate and refine requirements, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Act as the primary point of contact between internal customers and development teams to align priorities and deliverables.
- Prioritize projects and tasks based on impact, urgency, and resource availability, ensuring the most critical needs are addressed first.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and with efficiency.
- Prepare and deliver high-quality executive reviews. Provide regular status updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment across all teams.
- Mentor and guide other TPMs on the team, sharing best practices and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

Working as part of AWS Trust & Safety, you will work to solve issues related to the latest security trends and early warning indicators, as well as assist in designing solutions for emerging threats. Trust & Safety is a team that constantly provides new opportunities to learn and grow.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent
- Experience in technical program management working directly with software engineering teams
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Analytical skills, experience with SQL.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience managing technical programs across cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
- Foundational knowledge in information technology, including cloud services, networking, and protocols. Experience with large-scale and complex incidents of all types, including DDoS, phishing, and malware.
