Are you an experienced Project Planner ready to take on a pivotal role in shaping large-scale construction and engineering projects in Dublin?

What You'll Do:
14. Develop a comprehensive set of coordinated programs for design, procurement, and construction, including resource requirements and histograms where applicable.
15. Ensure all programs align with contract requirements and meet the overarching design, procurement, and construction targets.
16. Guarantee that all programs accurately represent the agreed-upon project scope established by the project team.
17. Analyze and communicate the impact of changes, variations, or delays, providing forecasts and evaluating solutions. This includes implementing recovery plans and planned mitigation strategies as needed.
18. Track progress across all programs, offering insights on project status in relation to planned work completion percentages.
19. Contribute to the Project's Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Reports as required by internal reporting protocols and supply monthly updates to the Work Period Report in line with contractual requirements.
20. Utilize Primavera software to its fullest capabilities in preparing and managing project programs.
Key Qualifications:
21. 8-10 years of experience in construction or engineering, ideally within Ireland and in high-value projects over €60 million.
22. Eligibility to work within the EU.
23. Hands-on expertise in Primavera (BIM 4D integration is a plus).
24. Background in Design and Build and experience with JV project environments.
25. Strong experience facilitating Pull Plan workshops and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
