Your Key Responsibilities
Participate in design workshops to gain a clear understanding of our client's industry and business requirements.
Learn about accelerators such as SAP Model Company or EY's Pre‑Configured Industry Solutions for potential use as design accelerators on client engagements.
Customize SAP Service Management functionalities to meet the specific needs of clients, including asset management, work order planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and service execution.
Lead the design and implementation of SAP Service Management, considering best practices and industry standards.
Drive the development and maintenance of the SAP Service Management architecture, ensuring scalability, reliability, and flexibility.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define project scope, timelines, and resource requirements.
Produce key project deliverables including design and configuration documentation, functional specs, data migration specs, test scripts, training materials etc.
Share knowledge of best practice within the SAP team and across other firm disciplines, as well as developing other members of the SAP team.
Support the development of the SAP practice, including leading internal team activities, supporting sales activities, and facilitating client events.
Implement and manage SAP FSM to optimize field service operations.
Utilize SAP Plant Maintenance to ensure efficient maintenance processes.
Qualifications
A third level qualification in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related discipline, or relevant experience related to the position.
7+ years' experience delivering in SAP Service Management, with a proven track record of successful implementations and support.
Experience in implementation of S/4 HANA Service Management solutions for utilities industry.
Experience with, or demonstrable understanding of, S/4 HANA best practice processes, key benefits, and implementation scenarios.
In depth knowledge of SAP Service Management and Plant Maintenance Moduls including configuration, customization and integration with other SAP modules and external systems (e.g., SD, MM ).
Strong ability to lead, mentor and motivate teams, adopting a collaborative and supportive approach.
Proven ability to build and leverage relationships with senior‑level clients.
Ideal Qualifications
Relevant SAP certifications in Utilities or related modules.
Knowledge of Customer engagement for Utility and SAP Field Service Management.
Experience with full asset lifecycle management using EAM capabilities in S/4 HANA.
Proven ability to think strategically and translate business requirements into effective SAP Service Management solutions.
