Step into a role as a Sales Assistant working in one of our retail stores, where you will create an amazing shopping experience. You will combine your expert understanding of the Joules products with a friendly, welcoming approach to provide exceptional customer service within the store.

What we are looking for:
As a Sales Assistant, you will be the face of Joules, focusing on understanding store targets and deliverables, creating a shopping experience that meets our customers’ needs and reflects the Joules brand. You are eager to work as part of a team and ensure retail operational standards on the shop floor and back of house are maintained at all times. Whatever the task, you’re passionate about doing it better and realizing your retail potential.
Our stores are full of character, from the outside in, by choosing eccentric British buildings, and from the inside out, by stocking colorful characters who share our approach to style.
