Director of Nursing Opportunity
A leading healthcare organization is seeking an experienced and skilled Director of Nursing to lead their nursing team. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
The ideal candidate will have a background in older adult care, with at least 3 years experience in management within the health or social care sector. They should hold a post-registration management qualification in health or a related discipline and be registered on the appropriate division of the NMBI live register.
This role involves overseeing staff induction, ongoing training, development, and promoting innovative care practices. The successful candidate will also ensure compliance with administrative systems and maintain operations in the absence of other team members.
The director will oversee complaints management ensuring investigations are documented appropriately as well ensuring effective communication through regular meetings with clinical staff.
