Your Role
Provide every guest with a genuine, warm, friendly, and courteous welcome on arrival and throughout their stay
Assist guests with the handling and transport of luggage to and from their rooms
Offer helpful information and support to guests, ensuring their needs are met at all timesHandle all guest queries promptly, efficiently, and professionally
Support the reception team with guest requests and daily operations
Carry out general cleaning duties across the hotel and its grounds
Drive the hotel shuttle/bus as required
What You'll Need
Must have a full clean D Driving License
Excellent communication skills and fluency in spoken and written English.
Can do attitude, drive and ambition a must.
