Electrical Supervisor
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Supervisor to join our team on a major pharma project in Dublin. As an Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of electrical contractors and ensuring that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of HSE practices and promote a positive safety culture by leading by example. You will also be proficient in Safe Systems of Work (SSOW) and LOTO procedures, assist in the preparation, review, and approval of method statements and permits for electrical and other relevant contractors, and conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to project schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols.
Responsibilities:
* Demonstrate a strong knowledge of HSE practices and promote a positive safety culture by leading by example.
* Proficient in Safe Systems of Work (SSOW) and LOTO procedures.
* Assist in the preparation, review, and approval of method statements and permits for electrical and other relevant contractors.
* Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to project schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols.
* Track and document the progress of on-site activities, identifying any deviations from the plan and implementing corrective actions to keep the project on track.
* Review and Approve Inspection and Test Plans (ITP's) and Inspection Test Records (ITR's).
* Attend/lead system walkdowns to verify installations meet project specifications and standards.
* Manage the closeout of relevant punch list items to ensure project/system completion.
* Review and approval of turnover documentation ensuring documentation meets project and client requirements.
* Coordination and witnessing of commissioning activities.
* Attend meetings with relevant disciplines and contractors.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field preferred.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical supervision,
* Excellent communication skills
