Offer description

Cpl HR Recruitment are currently looking to speak with experienced People Partners for an exciting 12-month contract opportunity within a large, complex organisation.
This position sits within a well-established HR function and offers the opportunity to contribute to strategic HR initiatives while partnering closely with senior stakeholders. The role operates on a hybrid working model (3 days onsite / 2 days remote) and forms part of a wider HR team of almost 50 professionals across People Partnering, Employee Relations, Organisational Development, Talent Acquisition and Pensions.
Key Responsibilities:

Partner with senior leaders and managers to deliver HR strategies aligned with organisational objectives.
Provide expert HR advice and guidance on policies, procedures and employee relations matters.
Support workforce planning and provide HR insights to inform business decision‑making.
Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to support recruitment and retention strategies.
Manage and support employee relations matters while promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Support performance management processes including probation and performance review frameworks.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation to ensure effective HR service delivery.
Contribute to HR projects, organisational change initiatives and policy development.

Skills and Experience Required:

A third level qualification in HR, Business or a related discipline (CIPD membership desirable).
Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a HR Business Partner / People Partner or similar role.
Strong experience advising managers on employee relations, HR policies and performance management.
Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders within a complex organisation.
Excellent communication, problem solving and organisational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced HR environment.
Experience using HR systems and data to support decision making.
