Salary: €55,000 base + 22.5% performance bonus (post-probation)

We’re looking for a dynamic External Sales Representative to join the team and play a vital role in expanding the footprint across your assigned territory. You'll be the face of the company brand—building trust, solving technical challenges, and driving growth with both new and existing clients.
Responsibilities
* Drive Sales Success: Identify new opportunities, develop existing accounts, and consistently achieve your sales targets.
* Research & Strategy: Explore leads, analyze market trends, and map out a winning territory plan.
* Build Relationships: Be the go-to expert and trusted partner for your customers—on the phone, online, or in person.
* Provide Technical Guidance: Translate customer needs into tailored solutions, and confidently discuss technical specs and options.
* Stay Organized: Use CRM tools to track leads, manage your pipeline, and report progress.
* Collaborate & Learn: Work hand-in-hand with Product Managers, Business Area Managers, and support teams to share insights, identify opportunities, and deepen product knowledge.
* Grow Professionally: Attend training (including potential overseas trips) to stay at the forefront of industry developments.
Experience
* Proven Experience: Solid track record in external sales—ideally in a technical or industrial setting.
* Industry Knowledge: Background in electrical products or systems is a major advantage.
* Communication Skills: Clear, confident, and persuasive—you know how to build trust and close deals.
* Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with CRM systems, sales reporting, and basic tech tools.
* Customer-Centric Mindset: You understand that long-term success is built on meaningful relationships.
