Due to our client's expansion, we are currently recruiting for Social Care Manager for permanent roles in Dundrum, Co. Tipperary.
The chosen candidate will provide a direct service to young people under the age of 12 as directed by the policies and procedures set out by our client.
To be considered for the role, interested applicants must meet the following criteria: • Must have minimum QQI level 7 qualification in Social Care • Must hold or be enrolled in a programme leading to a management qualification suitable for a health or social care setting • 4 years' full time work experience in a children's residential care setting post qualification • Alternatively, the manager may hold a QQI level 8 qualification in social care with 3 years' post qualification work experience in a children's residential care setting .
• Strong knowledge surrounding child protection, HIQA and the ability to provide strong leadership to support a staff team of Social Care Workers and Leaders • Full Clean Driver's License preferred
