About the RoleOur client is seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join their team in Cork. This is an exciting opportunity to oversee and deliver high-quality work on major projects, ensuring compliance with regulations and project specifications.Reporting directly to the Project Manager, the Site Engineer will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and supervising engineering activities, while working closely with site personnel to achieve the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesSetting out from engineers' drawings, site surveys, and preparing as-built drawings.Reading and interpreting drawings for layouts, material measurements, and specifications.Coordinating with subcontractors and the general workforce on site.Planning works efficiently to meet programme targets.Liaising with client representatives and design team members.Ensuring all works comply with Health & Safety standards.Maintaining the highest levels of quality assurance.Ordering, managing, and controlling materials on site.Keeping accurate and up-to-date site records.Skills & ExperienceThird-level qualification in Engineering or related discipline.Minimum 2-3 years post-qualification experience.Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.Self-motivated with a focus on safety, quality, and programme delivery.Strong IT skills, including proficiency in relevant software.Ability to work effectively as part of a team.Full, clean driving licence.Why Join Our Client's Team?Opportunity to work on high-profile projects in Cork.Collaborative and supportive team environment.Career progression and professional development opportunities.Competitive salary and benefits package.Apply NowIf you are an ambitious Site Engineer with the required experience, we'd love to hear from you.
