Title: Senior HR Generalist
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive HR Generalist to join our client's manufacturing facility in Tullamore.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the implementation and delivery of HR policies and procedures, including recruitment, talent development, diversity and inclusion, benefits, and general HR activities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Achieve KPIs and targets in EHS, Quality, Service, Cost, People Development, and Continuous Improvement.
* Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures and continuously seek improvements to internal HR procedures that align with legislation.
* Maintain accurate training records and matrices to audit standards.
* Reduce absenteeism levels by establishing best practices and documenting control procedures.
* Improve performance management practices, focusing on high-quality appraisals and recognition of excellent performers.
* Conduct disciplinary actions and grievances fairly and consistently.
* Support Supervisors and Managers with employee relations and report health and safety issues.
* Complete payroll and management information reporting on time.
* Lead recruitment processes from end to end and support Talent Acquisition teams.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Minimum 2-4 years of experience in training and HR roles in a manufacturing unionized environment.
* HR Qualification/CIPD Qualified.
* Excellent IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Suite, Workday, and Core.
* Experience working with multiple stakeholders and senior leadership teams, with the ability to influence change.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Experience leading HR initiatives and reviewing processes.
