This is a pivotal role for an experienced Atlassian expert who can combine hands-on technical knowledge with strategic thinking to design, implement, and evolve our cloud-based collaboration ecosystem.
Youll partner with senior stakeholders, product owners, and delivery teams to shape the future of how we use tools like Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and other Atlassian productsto drive efficiency, transparency, and innovation across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities Develop and execute astrategic roadmapfor the organisations migration and adoption of Atlassian Cloud.
Provideexpert technical guidanceon configuration, integration, governance, and best practices for Atlassian products.
Leadmigration planning and executionfrom on-premise or Data Center environments to Atlassian Cloud.
Collaborate with IT, security, and compliance teams to ensuresecure and compliantcloud implementations.
Optimiseworkflows, automation, and reportingto improve cross-team collaboration.
Act as atrusted advisoron licensing, platform scaling, and emerging Atlassian capabilities.
Providementorship and trainingto internal teams, enabling sustainable ownership post-migration.
What Youll Bring 5+ years of hands-on experience with Atlassian tools(Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, etc.) in complex enterprise environments.
Proven experience designing and executing Atlassian Cloud migration or consolidation strategies.
Deep understanding of Atlassian administration, governance, and automation (including Jira Service Management and Advanced Roadmaps).
Strong stakeholder engagement andstrategic consultingskills.
Experience integrating Atlassian with other enterprise systems (e.g., Slack, Git Hub, Azure AD, or CI/CD pipelines).
Atlassian certifications(ACP, Atlassian Certified Expert, etc.) highly desirable.
Excellent communication, documentation, and change management skills.
