Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a mobile technical support environment, application support, and Windows Servers, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, MS Office Level 1 support. Additionally, they should possess good customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
