Risk & Compliance Committee: Report on the Operations Function and attendee Board: Report on the Operations Function in person Deliver relevant actions plans Maintain and effectively implement Key Policies, Procedures and other Documents assigned to the Role Bank Payment approver Implement the business strategy for the operations area of the business Ensure that controls, monitoring and reporting are properly implemented in the operations area of the business Ensure that Consumer Risk is adequately addressed when discharging duties relating to this role Responsibility for the management of client asset operation processes and procedures within the Operations function Other Responsibilities Accountable and responsible for managing risks, including regulatory Compliance risks, in their area Active management and reporting of risk events/incidents (including Client Asset risks, if applicable) and associated metrics Reporting on risks and the outcome of Risk Control Self Assessments in their area to relevant Committees and the Board
