Key Responsibilities:
• Building strong relationships with our patients through effective communication and empathy.
• Performing diagnostic eye scans using our state-of-the-art equipment (full training will be provided).
• Relaying patient information to our optometrists to ensure a smooth patient journey.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Arranging affordable finance options for our patients and scheduling consultations and surgeries with our optometrists and surgeons.
Requirements:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Self-motivation and commercial awareness.
