Servisource is currently recruiting a Clerical Officer III for a public sector.
Contract length: Temporary - successful candidate can only be offered a 12 week contract in the first instance (subject to satisfactory performance).
Salary: €18.76/h.
Working week: Monday to Friday - 35h/week.
Location: Co. Limerick.

Duties and responsibilities:
1. Medical typing.
2. Provision of an effective and efficient reception and telephone service to the public and multi-disciplinary team.
3. Management of patient data, including processing, correcting and validating relevant data.
4. Maintenance of manual and computerised filing systems.
5. Provision of information and support to both the public and the multi-disciplinary team.
6. Adherence to GDPR Guidelines and to ensure that the privacy and confidentiality of Service User data is maintained.
7. Any other duties assigned commensurate with the position of a Grade IV Medical Secretary.

1. Fast accurate typing skills.
