Early Years Leadership Roles
We are seeking talented and dedicated professionals to lead our Early Years teams.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to lead high-quality early years provision and make a real difference to children aged 0–4 years and their families. Our ideal candidate will have experience working with young children, supervising staff, communicating effectively with parents/carers, and leading or coordinating teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and support an Early Years team in delivering high-quality developmental sessions for young children.
* IDentify early learning needs of children using knowledge of child development.
* Observe, assess and record children's progress towards meeting individual action plans.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role you must possess: NVQ Level 3 in Childcare, Learning and Development; relevant experience working with young children; a full driving licence; business insurance cover (if applicable); ability to pass Enhanced Access NI check & Social Services vetting.
