Job Description
* Deliver exceptional support to senior leadership and the team, including PA duties and administrative tasks.
* Coordinate client and internal meetings, arrange local and international meetings with clients' representatives.
* Manage general administrative tasks, such as creating documents, updating records, and maintaining contact lists.
* Liaise with various departments, including IT, Accounts, and Business Services.
* Support matter management, including opening and closing files and client work-in-progress updates.
Requirements
* Proven experience supporting senior leaders in a professional services environment.
* Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and dictaphone typing skills.
* Strong organisational skills, confident communication skills, and excellent prioritisation skills.
* Ability to use initiative, remain calm under pressure, and be a proactive team player.
