About the Position:
The successful candidate will support the General Manager in the day-to-day management of the business, leading and motivating a large team to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain the highest operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the General Manager with daily operations
* Lead and motivate staff members
* Oversee bar, floor, and event functions
* Contribute to staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluation
* Ensure compliance with relevant regulations
* Promote sales and profitability through effective cost control and promotional strategies
* Address customer feedback and resolve issues
* Act as deputy to the General Manager when necessary
Essential Qualifications:
* Previous experience in managing high-volume bars or hospitality environments
* Strong leadership and people management skills
* Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
* Familiarity with stock control, labour management, and profit and loss statements
* Able to thrive in fast-paced situations
* Outstanding customer service and communication skills
