Description:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the site management team. This includes maintaining accurate records of daily attendance, timesheets, and plant and machinery maintenance. The role also involves filing of site report sheets, audit reports, and health and safety records.
Responsibilities:
1. Document controller
2. Reporting of daily attendance and timesheets
3. Filing of site report sheets, audit reports, and memos
4. Maintenance of plant and machinery records
5. Maintenance of health and safety records
6. Other ad hoc duties as assigned by site management
Criteria:
* Proficient in Microsoft office / excel / web-based filing solutions
* Experience ideally within the construction industry
* Excellent organisational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Efficient and self-motivated
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
