Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound calls, emails, and queries from customers in a professional manner.
* Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and orders.
* Log, track, and resolve customer issues efficiently.
* Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and problem resolution.
* Maintain customer records and update databases as required.
* Support the wider team with administrative and service-related tasks.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a customer service, call centre, or office-based support role.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office and CRM systems desirable).
* Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
