About Your New Job
Lead the design and development of new medical products, as well as oversee product/process evaluation and meticulous record-keeping.
Selecting raw materials, components, and suppliers, and will fabricate prototypes and test products.
Regular communication with customers and Project Managers is expected to ensure smooth project progression, and you will mentor colleagues as needed.
Contribute to continuous improvement activities, assist with other assigned duties, and always adhere to Health & Safety standards.
What Skills You Need
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a closely related discipline (essential).
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar engineering role (essential).
Experience within the medical device sector is an advantage.
Proficiency with high-end CAD systems, ideally Solidworks.
Hands-on engineering approach; comfortable designing and fabricating solutions in compliance with international medical device regulations.
