The ideal candidate will be highly organized, with a strong emphasis on Food and Beverage and leading a team.
Responsibilities: Lead and manage the team for day-to-day operations.
Develop strategic reports alongside the General Manager.
Have a strong background in Food & Beverage.
Organise interdepartmental meetings with HODs.
Knowledge of principles, policies, and practices of management.
Budget and target implementation.
Plan prepare and review financial reports for weekly and quarterly meetings.
