Job Title: Residential Care Manager
We are seeking an experienced Residential Care Manager to lead our team of caregivers in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with medium to profound disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the daily operations of the residential service, ensuring compliance with quality regulatory/legislative requirements.
* Lead a team of caregivers in delivering person-centered care, promoting independence, and enhancing the overall well-being of residents.
* Develop and implement care plans that meet individual needs, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams as needed.
* Maintain accurate records, including incident reports, resident files, and performance metrics.
* Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement policies, procedures, and training programs.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in a management or supervisory role in health or social care, preferably in a residential setting.
* A relevant degree (minimum level 7) in Social or Health Care, or equivalent qualification.
* Level 6 Management qualification desirable.
* Full current driving license with eligibility to drive in Ireland and access to a vehicle.
* Eligible to register with CORU.
