You will have a significant impact on the success of our practice group by ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. Your organizational skills will be instrumental in coordinating internal meetings and external events, as well as managing complex documentation and case files.
Key Responsibilities:
* Preparing and issuing invoices;
* Corresponding with clients through phone calls and email communication;
* Drafting and filing legal documents, such as motions or letters of intent;
* Coordinating travel arrangements and maintaining detailed calendars for multiple fee earners;
* Screening, directing, and prioritizing incoming calls and emails;
* Performing legal and background research when requested;
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a fast-paced litigation role;
* Previous administration experience in a busy environment;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office software;
