It will be made up of 3-5 different schemes, with an overall value of around £12 - 15m.
There will be a requirement in time to oversee a single, larger based scheme, with similar values.
The role will see you work from pre-construction / design, through to project handover, so experience within all phases of a project lifecycle are key.
