Role Summary
To provide a professional and comprehensive administration service to support the underwriting team within the business, with a strong emphasis on customer service.
Role Accountabilities
1. Admin Support
* To support the underwriting team
* Plan, prioritise and manage individual own work to deliver agreed objectives and meet SLA’s to deliver exceptional customer service.
* Support with Policy Issuance
1. Compliance
* Establish and maintain knowledge of internal controls
* Ensure you uphold Imperium’s principle of Treating Customers Fairly
* Undertake training relevant to the role
* Any additional duties as assigned.
Role Requirements
* Previous experience of working in commercial insurance
* Willingness to work as part of a team
* Strong written and verbal communication
* Ability to apply critical thinking
* Appropriate IT skills
Skills and Abilities
* Ability to manage own time, meet deadlines and prioritise work
* Attention to detail, numerate and accurate
* Able to communicate effectively with others
* Organised and methodical approach to work and problem solving
* Good IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
