Product Developer
* Support engineering projects through rigorous change control procedures.
* Create and execute testing protocols to validate product modifications.
* Communicate project status and escalations to stakeholders as necessary.
The Product Developer will be an integral part of the product lifecycle team responsible for supporting various product lines. This role requires a bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science, preferably in Mechanical, Biomedical, or Chemical Engineering, and at least three years' experience in medical device design or R&D with a successful track record of delivering products to market and successfully supporting products after launch.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a collaborative environment, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. They must also be able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
