The Team
Our Competition team is composed of highly skilled professionals who advise on complex cases involving anti-competitive agreements, abuse of dominance, and unfair competition matters.
The Role
1. Advising on strategic compliance and regulatory issues related to anti-competitive agreements
2. SUPPORTING clients in navigating State aid compliance and related litigation
3. Assisting with merger notifications to the Irish Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC) and the European Commission
4. SUPPORTING high-stakes litigation and regulatory work before Irish and EU courts
5. Providing expert assistance in defending clients in competition law investigations and prosecutions
