About the Role

As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our stores have the right pharmacist in place at all times.
Job Responsibilities
">
* Ensure all stores have adequate pharmacist cover to operate efficiently and safely for patients
* Deliver cost-effective holiday planning for all pharmacists within your designated area
* Collaborate with store managers and area managers to plan pharmacist deployment in accordance with ACI standards
* Support the PDDM in managing the Relief Pharmacist team, including rota planning and payroll coordination
Required Skills and Qualifications

* Strong organizational and administrative skills, highly regarded by peers and stakeholders
* A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to make decisions and positively influence others
* Proven ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships that foster collaboration and drive results
* A team-oriented mindset, working closely with fellow PDAs and the PDDM to ensure consistency and efficiency
* Ownership of pharmacist deployment, ensuring excellent patient care through continuity and appropriate staffing
* Flexibility and adaptability, with a seven-day operational mindset
