Core Responsibilities
Operations & Growth
Maximize sales:
Meet profit targets across all assigned locations.
Control waste:
Monitor stock levels and minimize food shrinkage.
Audit standards:
Ensure consistent food quality at every site.
Compliance & Safety
HACCP management:
Maintain strict food safety and hygiene logs.
Safety regulations:
Ensure full compliance with Irish statutory requirements.
Team Leadership
Manage staff:
Support and train local deli supervisors.
Roster control:
Optimize retail shifts to manage labor costs.
Requirements
Experience:
Minimum 2–3 years in retail deli management.
Expertise:
Deep knowledge of fresh food operations and HACCP.
Flexibility:
Ability to work varied retail shifts as required.
Mobility:
Full clean Irish driving license and own vehicle.
